Green Belt Pale Ale
Our Version of the perfect pale ale. Named after the beautiful and scenic green belt stretch of the Boise river. And like the Boise river crisp, clean, and refreshing on a summer day. With a balance of maltiness and bitterness. The malt base is a simple one, with the caramel, toasty flavors being contributed simply by some 60L Crystal malt. Balancing this nicely is the citrus-like bitterness from the cascade hops. In addition to the cascade hops, the addition of perle hops seems to tame the citrus and add a subtle earthy/pine characteristic.
