  • Cut perfect strips every time with Strip Cutter No.4 (23mm) by Jem Cutters. This cutter is ideal for making an edible ribbon to pop around a cake or stripes for around the side of a cake.
  • There is a little handle on the back of the cutter which makes it really easy to use. We recommend that you use this cutter with flower paste, modelling paste or gumpaste as it can be rolled quite thinly to ensure a clean cut every time. For best results, use a release agent such as shortening on the cutter and your work surface before use.
  • This cutter produces 2 strips at a time, cutting your work time in half!
  • Made from food grade plastic.
  • Dimensions: 7 x 2.16 in, (180 x 55 mm ), open ended for any length strip.
